International Trade Service Center is located in Linyi Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, with Lingong Road on the north and Yiheyi Road on the south, Mengshansi Road on the east and Mengshansan Road on the west. It covers an area of 29,615m², with a total construction area of 63,600m² and a total investment of RMB 260 million yuan. Among them, the above-ground construction area is 45,700m² including a 20-storey tower building of 89.5m in height with standard floor area of 1,500m², and 4-storey podium buildings in both wings of 21.1m in height with standard floor area of about 5,000m². Underground construction area is 17,900m² for parking spots and equipment room. First to fourth floor are commodity inspection offices, fifth to eighth floor are commercial hotels and ninth to twentieth floor are business offices.
